2-Days Tsavo East Nat Park
This 2-days short safari covers Tsavo East National Park, Kenya's oldest and largest Game Park that abounds in elephant, buffalo, giraffe and lion. Accommodation is at Voi Safari Lodge.
Day 1:
Depart Mombasa in the morning driving along the Mombasa/Nairobi Highway entering Tsavo East National Park entering the park through Bachuma Gate. The park is noted for its vast elephant herds and a variety of game including giraffe, buffalo, zebra and waterbuck. Lunch will be at Voi Safari Lodge. Afternoon game drive follows. Dinner and overnight stay are at the lodge.
Day 2:
Another early morning pre-breakfast game drive then return to the lodge for late breakfast.
Depart with another game drive en route. Lunch will be at Lion Hill Zomeni Lodge in Voi on the way back to Mombasa, arriving late in the afternoon. Drop back at your hotel.
Optional Community Visit - Jipe Moyo CBO
As you drive back to Mombasa, we encourage you to stop by Kaliangombe Village where Mombasa Hotels & Tours has an on going community project working with orphaned children. Visit and interact with the cheerful children and see them learn in their small classroom. Mombasa Hotels & Tours is currently funding the childrens' feeding program and has committed to building improved classrooms and a home for the orphans. Your participation and contribution is welcome.
