Caring For The Customer
The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the tour. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.
This safari departs daily subject to a minimum of 2 persons booking
Price includes:
- Private transportation in a custom safari vehicle with a pop-up roof ideal for game viewing and sightseeing
-Services of an English speaking driver/guide
- Fullboard accommodation the lodges as mentioned
- Bottled drinking water for use during the safari
- Game drives and all park entry fees
Not included:
- Expenses of personal nature such as visas, travel/baggage insurance, laundry, beverages, tips etc.
Please note:
- Single Room Supplement will apply where room is used by one person only
- Christmas and New Year Supplements will apply from Dec 21st 2009 to Jan 1st 2010
