Unavoidable cancellation charges may occur in certain circumstances where confirmed bookings are not honoured.
- If a cancellation occurs within 48 hours of arrival the cancellation charge is equivalent to 75 % of the quoted or rated price.
- If it occurs within 7 days of arrival then the value charged will be 50 % of all rooms reserved but not re-sold.
Unless prior notice of late arrival has been given, it may not be possible to hold rooms after 1900.
