For cancellation or reduction in number between 7 and 2 days of noon on the date of accommodation : 75% of the rates applicable per bed night cancelled
For cancellation or reduction in number within 48 hours from noon on the date of accommodation or in case of No Show : 100% of the rates applicable per bed night cancelled
For cancellation or reduction in number of rooms for any bookings that fall within the Christmas\New Year period, full cancellation will be charged for all the bed nights cancelled
