Policy on children staying with parents:

- Child less than 2 years - no extra charges.
- 2-12 years (sharing parents' room) - 50% discount on rate for double-bed room.
- 2-12 years (separate room) - 20% discount on full rate.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation penalties will be applied as follows:

- 14-10 days' notice : 25% of booking value to be charged
- 09-02 days' notice : 40% of booking value to be charged
- Less than 2 days' notice : 100% of booking value to be charged.

All the above are subject to a maximum of 3 nights per person.
